On Nov. 19 (local time), Hyuk Lee, a piano prodigy and scholarship recipient of 무료 슬롯 머신 다운 받기 Yonkang Foundation, was awarded the first prize in the 10th International Paderewski Piano Competition, held in Bydgoszcz, Poland. At 16, Lee was the youngest entrant. The competition is organized to commemorate Ignacy Jan Paderewski, a remarkable pianist and composer who is famous for being a Chopin specialist and who also served as the first prime minister of Poland. It is rare for a non-European entrant to win an award at the competition. Established in 1961, the competition started off as an irregular event, but now it is held every three years. This year, it had 47 entrants from 16 countries, including Russia and Poland. Lee’s exceptional talent in playing the piano and violin was first recognized at age 3. In 2012, he became the youngest pianist to win the first prize at the Eighth Moscow International Frederick Chopin Competition for Young Pianists. He is currently enrolled at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.
