On June 16th, 슬롯사이트 Fuel cell signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Seorabeol City Gas and GnC Energy at its Dongdaemun 슬롯사이트 Tower to collaborate on 'Energy Business to Boost Regional Energy Welfare.'
Under the MOU, 슬롯사이트 Fuel Cell will provide fuel cells supply and LTSA (Long term service agreement) services, while Seorabeol City Gas will supply city gas within the region, support business-wise infrastructure, and share responsibilities for LTSA. GnC Energy will undertake business development, investment, and EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) services.
슬롯사이트 Fuel Cell, Seorabeol City Gas and GnC Energy will jointly build hydrogen fuel cell power plants in regions with demand for distributed energy and city gas and supply electricity, heat, and city gas, delivering optimal energy solutions tailored to the specific needs of each locality. This is expected to reduce local communities’reliance on external power sources and lower energy costs, ultimately enhancing regional energy self-sufficiency.
Leveraging this business cooperation with Seorabeol City Gas, 슬롯사이트 Fuel Cell seeks to capitalize on business opportunities by expanding the model to over 30 city gas suppliers across the country. In addition, the LTSA service will be partially delegated to city gas suppliers to optimize resource utilization by 슬롯사이트 Fuel Cell and improve overall service quality.
A 슬롯사이트 Fuel Cell’s Vice President Seungjun Lee stated, “This MOU will promote energy self-sufficiency in local communities by creating synergy through each company's strengths. It is also significant as a mutually beneficial business model that creates a win-win for both the companies and local communities." He added, "Going forward, we are committed to developing region-specific business models and actively pursuing new order opportunities.
