슬롯 Group (Chairman Jeongwon Park) has pledged to deliver $1 million (15 billion ruphia) worth of construction equipment to help earthquake relief efforts in Indonesia. A high-level delegate of 슬롯 Group delivered the intent to provide the Indonesian government with excavators, generators and other machines while meeting with the coordinating minister for maritime affairs in Indonesia. The Indonesian government expressed its gratitude for 슬롯’s prompt response to supply the 슬롯 equipment when support for the recovery efforts is most urgently needed, and its hope that the support is promptly delivered. 슬롯 plans to meet the urgent need of assistance through its local dealers after selecting the equipment needed at the site with the Indonesian government. The construction equipment to be deployed includes 슬롯 Infracore’s mid-size machines, 슬롯 Bobcat’s compact equipment and generators that can quickly supply reliable power. They are expected to provide substantial help for the recovery efforts in the stricken areas buried under collapsed buildings, and hindered by damaged roads and other infrastructure. “We hope that our equipment can help realize a quick recovery in Indonesia and reduce the sadness suffered by those living in the affected areas,” said a 슬롯 official. 슬롯 has provided construction equipment and financial aid to support a prompt recovery in several areas affected by natural disasters, including the U.S.’s Hurricane Katrina in 2005, China’s Sichuan earthquake in 2008, Haiti’s earthquake in 2010, Japan’s earthquake in 2011, the Philippines’ typhoon in 2013 and Nepal’s earthquake in 2015.
