슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility is seeking to expand cooperation with the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter “Jeju”) on the area of clean energy, such as wind power and hydrogen energy.

슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility announced on July 12th that it had signed the “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation for Achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2035 Via Energy Transition.” In attendance at the signing ceremony which was held at the Jeju City Hall were the related parties, including Jeju Governor Young-hun Oh, 슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility’s Vice Chairman & COO Yeonin Jung and 슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility’s Chief Marketing Officer Jungkwan Kim.

With the signing of this agreement, the two parties agreed to cooperate on the development of new energy projects based on renewables and green hydrogen and to also work on providing more job opportunities by conducting energy-related training programs to help cultivate local talents in the region. To this end, active cooperation will be pursued on the following five areas to provide environmental support – cultivating specialists, creating jobs, performing long-term environmental monitoring of offshore wind farms, promoting the hydrogen ecosystem and pursuing the upcycling of decommissioned turbine blades.

슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility, with its wide-ranging portfolio of carbon-free solutions, will be an optimal partner for Jeju Island in realizing its vision of achieving carbon neutrality,” said Vice Chairman Jung of 슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility. “This MOU will be a starting point for us in constantly pursuing cooperation in the years ahead on clean energy, such as wind power and hydrogen energy.”

In 2017, 슬롯사이트 토토 Enerbility had completed the construction of the Jeju Tamra Offshore Wind Farm, Korea’s first offshore wind farm. Then, in 2021, the company had signed a supplier agreement with KEPCO E&C to supply the components for the 100MW Jeju Hallim Offshore Wind Farm, leading to delivery of 18 units of 5.5MW offshore wind turbines and consequentially, the plant now awaits to have construction completed. 슬롯사이트 토토 also took part in a state-led project with nine other Korean companies and institutions, including the Jeju Energy Corporation, that led to the construction of a green hydrogen plant powered by wind energy last year. This coming June, a wind power control center and training center for wind turbine maintenance are scheduled to be opened this coming November on Jeju Island.
